Delivery

We use Royal Mail for all orders.

Delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on the item size and service selected (for example, Large Letter, Small Parcel, 1st Class or 2nd Class).

Estimated delivery times:

1st Class: 1–2 working days

2nd Class: 2–4 working days

Tracking may be available depending on the shipping option selected.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days.

During busy periods (Christmas, bank holidays, etc) dispatch times may be slightly longer.

If an item does not arrive within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate and assist you.

Returns & Refunds

We want you and your pup to be happy with your purchase!

If you’re not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom or used items.

Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or faulty. If this happens, we will resolve it quickly — please just contact us.
